Wilma Dee Jenkins, 76, passed away peacefully in her home June 22, 2011. She was a loving mother and wife to her high school sweetheart for 58 years. Wilma worked for 30 plus years with Beneficial Finance Co. in St. Louis and Springfield, MO. She was an avid golfer after retiring, and she enjoyed playing with her many friends and husband. Wilma was a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and made contributions to many different charities. She will be deeply missed by her family and a host of friends for her sharp mind and her dry wit. She is survived by her husband, Russel; son, Scott and wife Suzy; her grandchildren, Heather, Taylor and Courtney; daughter, Debbie Angotti and husband David; and brother, Delbert Wiseman and wife Dimple. She was preceded in death by her brother, Freddie Wiseman; her parents, Wilbur and Velma Wiseman; and infant son, Russel Jr. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 25, 2011 in Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel. Burial will be in Maple Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.
