Wilma Marie Jarrett passed away at 7 pm on Sunday, June 30, 2013. She was born 93 years ago in Buffalo, MO on November 11, 1919, the daughter of Eugene and Letha (Hill) Bradley. Her family would later move to Windyville, MO where she graduated high school. Wilma retired from Ramey's Supermarket in 1982 after 25 years of service. Wilma was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Samuel H. Jarrett; 5 brothers, Riley Hackler, Walter, Theodore, Bert and Mack Bradley; and one sister, Willa Jean Bradley. Wilma is survived by her children to whom she adored, Shirley Rader and her husband Lee of Springfield, MO, Janice VanBuskirk and her husband Gary of Kansas City, MO, and Jerry Burtin and his wife Annette of Republic, MO; 4 sisters, Dollie George, Frieda Morris, Joan Shewmaker and Mary Lou Alford; one brother, David Bradley; 5 grandchildren, Monte Barclay, Melissa Rader, Shannon Eugster, Shane VanBuskirk, and Linsey Burtin; numerous great and great-great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 10 am, Monday, July 8, 2013 in Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel with the Reverend Caleb Lines officiating. Burial will follow in Missouri Veterans Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 pm, Sunday, July 7, 2013 in the funeral home.
