Wilma "Billie" Duffin, 93, Wheatland, MO, passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at the Manor at Elfindale in Springfield.  She was born March 29, 1926 in Braxton, Mississippi to William and Alice Kimbrell.  Billie loved country dancing, flowers, birds and was known in Hickory County for her pies.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Huey Webb and George Duffin; three sisters, Margaret Kimbrell, Lois Newman and Clara Galaway; two sons, Bill and Kenny Webb; and a great-grandson, Gregory Russell.

She is survived by her daughter, Ann Russell and her husband, Mike; a special niece, Jeanette Rucker; and several other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 16, 2019 in Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Hazelwood Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the McCarty Senior Center, 19482 US-54, Wheatland, MO 65779.
