IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Wesley
Souliere
May 7, 1996 – October 5, 2024
Wesley "Wes" Roger Souliere (May 7, 1996 – October 5, 2024) was born to Cindy (Lowe) Austin and Christopher Souliere in Bolivar, Missouri. Wes graduated from Nixa High School and went on to attend Ozark Technical Community College.
Wes had a passion for the great outdoors and found joy in every moment spent around the water. Wes enjoyed fishing, kayaking, rock climbing, snowboarding, camping, and hiking. Wes was proud to have hiked the high points of 18 states with his father. Wes cherished traveling with his family, especially trips to the beach and mountains with his parents and his brother, Andrew. In his free time, he liked watching movies, listening to music, cooking, playing pool and participating in tournaments.
Since a young child, Wes always had a 'spark' where he brought light to those around him. Wes was fascinated with fire, he liked setting off fireworks, and sitting around campfires, where time seemed to stand still. He appreciated the sunsets, looking at the moon and watching storms roll in, always taking in the beauty of God's creation.
Wes was intellectually curious and an avid reader. Wes loved 'sparking' engaging conversations by posing thought-provoking questions, often with a playful smirk. Wesley's genuine smile radiated warmth, lighting up the room.
Wes was a skilled electrician who worked in the family construction business, confidently handling any task that was required of him on a construction site.
Wes was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Roger Souliere, and his maternal grandparents, Darlene and Donald Lowe. He is survived by his mother, Cindy Austin, and her husband, Mark Austin, his brothers Andrew Hall and Hunter Austin, his father Christopher Souliere, and his wife, Chantel Souliere, his maternal grandmother, Diana Souliere, his beloved dog, Buddy, and a large circle of extended family and friends who loved him dearly.
