Warren Herman Osterloh (Mr. "O") joined his Heavenly Father on February 20, 2015. He was born August 16, 1926 to Herman Carl and Frieda (Doose) Osterloh. He served his country in WWII in the naval Asiatic-Pacific Campaign. After meeting the love of his life, Wilma May Creek, they married on June 24, 1949. To this union a daughter was born. Warren was an avid bowler until he was 84 years old. He loved golf, reading, music and travel. All will remember his generosity, sense of humor and laughter; singing and whistling a trademark. He valued his family, friends and faith in God. Warren was a cartographer for the Aeronautical Chart and Information Center, St. Louis for most of his career. Warren and Wilma retired to Phoenix, AZ then moved to Springfield, MO in 1988. He is survived by his devoted wife, Wilma; daughter, Sharon Kremer (Joe Robinson); two grandchildren, Nathaniel Kremer (Carolyn Lix) and Courtney Kremer (Jeffrey Carlson); four great-grandchildren, Aubrey, Jeffrey Jr., Genisis and Elliot; nieces, nephews, family and friends. Preceding Warren in death were his parents, a sister and brother-in-law, Virginia (John) Malinee, a brother and sister-in-law, Melvin (Juanita) Creek, a sister-in-law, Louise Creek and brother-in-law, Warren Wright. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 25, 2015 from 11 to 12:30 p.m. with funeral service following at 1:00 p.m. at Redeemer Lutheran Church, Pastor Jeffrey Sippy officiating. A private burial is planned Thursday, February 26, 2015 in Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Springfield, MO.
