Jacobs, Wanda Glee (Bass), passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on December 8 ^th , 2018 in her Springfield Missouri home.

First and foremost, Wanda's love for her Lord and Savior was beyond measure, and she looked forward to spending eternity with him. As a member of Sovereign Grace Baptist Church, she never missed an opportunity to witness about God and to tell people of his grace and love that God has given her.

Wanda was born on July 30 ^th , 1935 at Barnes hospital, St. Louis Missouri to Louie and Clara Bass. She grew up, while in her teens, in Lebanon Missouri where at the age of 13, she met the love of her life, husband and best friend of 65 years, Robert "Bob" Jacobs. Together they raised 5 children David Jacobs (Teena), Bobby Jacobs (Corrie) and Teresa Stoke (Mike). She will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by her 17 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her daughters Christie Jacobs and Cathy Spell.

Visitation will be at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home on Monday Dec. 10, 2018 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.  Funeral services will be at 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 11, 2018 in the funeral home.  Burial will follow at McFall Cemetery in Phillipsburg, MO.
