Passed away peacefully in his home Thursday January 19th 2017. Born March 27th 1949, Phil graduated from Central High in 1967. After high school he began his career at Frisco/BNSF for 40 years. His passions in life were his family, friends, golfing and fishing.

He is survived by his children Jennifer "Gustin" Cosgrove of Springfield, Ryan Gustin of Springfield, brother Terry Gustin of Tulsa Oklahoma, cousin Carol Yates and husband Steve and family, and the love of his life his one and only granddaughter Kennedy Cosgrove. Our dad was loved by many and was always a phone call away. He will be dearly missed by many.

Celebration of life and visitation will be held Sunday January 22nd 2017 from 2-4 p.m in Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home.
