He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburg, Master's Degree from Indiana University/ Purdue and his DDS from University of Missouri Kansas City.

He loved raising Black Angus cattle and horses, fishing, bird hunting and football but his family was always number one. He was a member of the Missouri Dental Association, Springfield Chamber of Commerce and the American Association of Orthodontists.

Dr. Allai was preceded in death by his parents, Wayne and Reba Allai; infant son, Michael Wesley Allai and sister, Deborah Mckeen.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda, Ozark; four daughters, Millie Smart (Nick), Springfield, MO, Mollie Gillihan (Ryan), Gainesville, Fl, Mariah Joshi (Chris), Springfield, MO, Montana Allai, Columbia, MO and his step-mother, Jannette Allai, Pittsburg, KS.

Visitation will be held at 12 to 1 p.m., Friday, February 9, 2018 in James River Church, West Campus,  3953 West Farm Road 168, Springfield, MO 65807. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Mark Wright officiating under the direction of Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home.
