Violet Jaunita Asher, 86, went to be with the Lord, January 29, 2019.

She is preceded in death by her loving and devoted husband, Donald Eugene Asher, of fifty-nine years.

She is survived by her daughter, Marilyn and her husband Don; granddaughter, Connie and her husband Alan; stepdaughters, Heather and husband Andy; Shannon and her husband Chris; step-grandchildren, Olivia, Adam, Bryan and Alyson; step-great-great-grandchildren, Annalise and Natalie; sisters, Phyllis Sutherland, Susie Nease and her husband Paul, Sandra Lindsey and her husband Richard, Donna Scott and her husband Eddie; brothers, Frankie Bills and Gary Bills and his wife Glenna; and many nieces and nephews and loving friends.

Visitation will be held Thursday, January 31, 2019 from 6:00 -7:00 p.m in Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday in the funeral home.  Burial will follow in Patterson Cemetery.
