Obituary

On October 29, 2022, Vicki L. Broshear went to be with the Lord after a short illness.

She is preceded in death by her parents Fredrick Broshear and Virginia Sousley and her sister Anita Broshear. Vicki is survived by her sisters; Janice Rog and Sheri (David) Mayes. She loved her many nieces and nephews: Amber Baker – Lutz. Kimberly (Phillip) Tucker, Rick (Nicole) Baker, Makayla (Micah) Nale, Nathan Broshear and James Broshear. She leaves behind a number of great nieces and nephews.

Vicki was born on December 8, 1956, in Kansas City, Kansas. She enjoyed teaching in the 4H chapter in Lancaster PA and baking and decorating cakes for family and friends to enjoy. Vicki loved her animals like children and missed her dogs when she went to live in the nursing home. She loved camping, fishing and being in the great outdoors. She often camped in Nags Head, NC and in the mountains of Pennsylvania. Her heart was as big as the ocean and loved her friends and family.

Vicki will be greatly missed, but we rest in knowing she has regained her eyesight and is walking the streets of gold in heaven.

Visitation will be Tuesday, November 1, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Gorman Scharpf Funeral Home.
