Tyler Lane Trombetta, 24, Springfield, passed away suddenly on Thursday, May 1, 2025.  He was born July 19, 2000, in Springfield, the son of Cassandra Trombetta and Brian L. Jackson.  He graduated from Hillcrest High School. His passions were animals, traveling, motorcycles, his tattoos and meeting new people.  Tyler loved to climb trees, rock walls, light poles and anything he could scale.

Tyler was only 24, but he lived with a heart full of adventure, free-spirit nature, love and lived on the edge. He was always smiling, a happy, sensitive soul with a heart bigger than most. Tyler loved deeply and openly, and he brought light to everyone lucky enough to know him.  Growing up with Tyler was one adventure after another, he had a way of turning even the simplest days into something special.

With Tyler's last selfless act of organ donation, he was able to save 77 lives. We will carry his love, laughter and light with us always.

Tyler was preceded in death by his infant son, Luca Cole Trombetta, and two grandmothers, Elizabeth Rogers and Charlene Jackson.

He is survived by his mother, Cassandra Trombetta; dad, Glenn Finnell; brothers, Michael Finnell and wife, Katie and Tony Trombetta; grandfather, Enrico Trombetta and his wife, Rachel; grandmother, Connie Davis; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He is also survived by his father and mom, Brian and Rebecka Jackson; brother, Jonathon Matson; uncle, Jamie Poteet; aunt, Olivia Taylor Moss and her husband, Ronald their child, Taylor Moss; his girlfriend, Noelia Yolanda Lopez; and numerous other loving family and friends that will miss him tremendously.

Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday, May 12, 2025 in Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home with visitation from 10-11:30 a.m.
