IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Tammi Lynn
Jones
September 26, 1957 – August 26, 2018
Tammi Lynn Jones, 60, Springfield, joined her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in Heaven on Sunday, August 26, 2018, in her home surrounded by her daughters and loved ones.
Tammi was a homemaker for 19 years and found great joy in caring for her daughters Bobbi and Holly as well as many other children & friends. God gifted Tammi with many talents that she was able to use to serve him: a brilliant Seamstress, Florist, Baker, Chef, Singer, Musician; Guitar, Cosmetologist, Artist & Writer. Tammi inspired those who crossed her path and always ministered to them the love of Jesus Christ. Tammiʻs twelve year battle against cancer allowed her to give others hope through dedicating herself to cancer research. She met many people and developed deep friendships along her walk. One close friend said "I was dying from cancer and Tammi taught me how to LIVE with cancer."
Tammi found great joy in a warm cup of coffee and a good conversation with great friends, it was always a blessing to her. She loved to fish. The open water was her happy place. Tammi enjoyed traveling and finding adventure, she loved new experiences! But there wasn't anything Tammi loved more than precious time with Konner, Kendall, Wyatt, Kollen, Emma & Karson – and oh how they LOVED their Grammi! " Grammiʻs Gang " could always look forward to baking cookies, reading stories, crafting, singing and spending quality time together. She was a generous, loving, caring and devoted Grandmother that will be missed every day. And while she will be missed greatly, we all rejoice in knowing she is in heaven and we will all meet again one day.
