Sheila D. Robbins, age 53, of Springfield passed away of heart failure on October 24, 2011 at St. John's Hospital. Sheila was born to Dewitt (Jim) & Joan Clock on December 8, 1957 in Iowa Falls, IA. She graduated from Iowa Falls High School with the class of 1976. Sheila was united in marriage to Dennis E. Robbins in 1978. In 1986, Sheila and Dennis moved from Waterloo, Iowa to Springfield where they established and operated Modern Turf Control for sixteen years. On Valentine's Day 1998, Dennis purchased a Flowerama franchise for Sheila. Together Sheila and Dennis established Flowerama in Springfield and flowers became Sheila's passion from that day forward. Sheila enjoyed most spending time with family, friends & their pet "little boy" Sidney, flowers, shopping, reading, and relaxing at the lake. Sheila is survived by her husband, Dennis E. Robbins of Springfield; her mother Joan Clock of Iowa Falls, Iowa; brother Sheldon (Jill) Clock of Springfield; sister Starla (Tom) Johnson and daughters Haley & Brooke of Iowa Falls. She was proceeded in death by her father, Dewitt (Jim) Clock in 2004. A visitation for Sheila will be held at Gorman Scharpf Funeral Home in Springfield on Saturday, October 29, 2011 from 2-4 pm.
