Scott Spurlock, 36, Springfield, formerly of Austin, Texas, passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2010 in his home, after a brave battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife Amy; his father, David and wife Sheila Spurlock, Temple, TX; his mother, Catherine Spurlock, Springfield; a brother, Steven Spurlock and sisters, Lauren and Taylor Spurlock, all of Austin, TX. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, October 1, 2010 in Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel with Chaplain Ann Payette officiating.
