Scott Pilgrim, 66, of Springfield, passed away on November 4, 2022 in his home. He was born on August 6, 1956 in Springfield to Dan and Virginia Adkins Pilgrim. Scott enjoyed being outdoors and going to deer camp with his buddies. He also loved watching cartoons with his grandchildren. Scott was a huge history and music buff. He loved spending time with his wife and friends, especially going to concerts and music festivals.

Scott was preceded by his parents, grandson, Vayden Vanwinkle and nephew, Jackson Pilgrim.

He is survived by his wife, Lavena (Bishop) Pilgrim of Springfield; daughter, Allesha Bishop (Daniel Vanwinkle) of Republic; son, Kyle Pilgrim of Springfield; brothers Chris Pilgrim (Beth) of Springfield and Joe Pilgrim of Fort Worth, TX; sister Karen Hayes (Joe) of Belton, MO; grandchildren Cheyenne Bishop, Alayna Vanwinkle, Caleb Vanwinkle, Caden Batiste and Finley Vanwinkle and several nieces, nephews and other close family and friends.
