Scott was born May 20, 1973 in Alton, IL to Robert and Darla (Daniel) Ellingsworth. He passed away on August 5, 2014 in Las Vegas, NV. There will be a graveside service with burial in Springfield, MO at Rivermonte Memorial Gardens at 2 pm on Friday, August 15, 2014 under the direction of Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel. He is survived by his father Robert Ellingsworth; his fiancé Rachel Pinholster; son Brett and daughter Gracie; grandfather Ernie Daniel; his uncle and aunt Richard (Vicki) Daniel; his brother Robert (Betsy); his sisters Carrie (Steve) Donovan and Lisa; and other family members. His mother had passed away in May 1999.
