Sandra L. Taylor, 72, Springfield, passed away Sunday, September 27, 2015 in Cox South. She was born August 24, 1943 to Ray and Noweta Taylor. She retired from Cox Medical Center after 42 years of service. She was a unique individual, class clown and you rarely had to wonder what she thought. She is survived by her partner and caregiver Debbie Miller and her family, special friend Marlene Mitchell and her family and a host of friends. Special thanks to Integrity Homecare and caregiver Minnie Hough. Memorial Services will be held Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at 1 PM in Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Childrens Miracle Network or to the Southwest Missouri Humane Society.
