Rozetta June (Fuller) Westfall, 90, of Springfield, passed away Thursday, January 29, 2015. She was born June 5, 1924, in Halltown on the family farm. She was one of five children of John G. and Bertha M. Fuller. She was a 1941 graduate of Halltown High School. Rozetta attended Draughn's Business College in Springfield, and while there she worked for Postal Telegraph Co. which later merged with Western Union Telegraph Co., where she worked for 31 years. She then worked 13 years for the Social Security Administration before retirement. In 1945, she married the love of her life, William (Bill) Buchanan Westfall after he returned from World War II. Bill and Rozetta were married 69 years after meeting at Doling Park Skating Rink before Bill was drafted into the Army. Survivors include husband, Bill; two daughters, Janice and husband Robert McAnally of Branson and Judy and husband Ric Anderson, of McKinney, TX; four grandchildren, Natalie and husband Brad Reasons, Robert (Robbie) McAnally, Jr., Andy and Amy Anderson; a sister, Gola B. Mealey, of Carthage, MO; a nephew, Bruce Fuller of Santa Paula, CA; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Norman, Lester and Wayne; two grandchildren, William (Billy) Ray McAnally and Alison Ann Anderson. Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 2, 2015 in Missouri Veterans Cemetery under the direction of Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home.
