Rozalea Marcella (Moore) White, age 82, passed away in her home on September 3, 2016. She was born April 6, 1934 to Raymond and Helen (Cochran) Moore in Pleasant, IA.

Rozalea attended school in King City, MO and Albany, MO. She attended the University of Iowa and the University of Missouri graduating with a degree in Home Economics. She received her Master's degree at Missouri University. She was on the faculty and later the Administration of Drury University.

On January 9, 1970 she married the love of her life W.B. White Jr., of Springfield, MO.

Rozalea was a championship bridge player. She grew African Violets, enjoyed knitting and crocheting and was a world-class water skier.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years; sisters, Avis Young of Springfield, MO, Nancy Hudson of Columbia, MO; stepdaughter, Jana White of Springfield, MO; granddaughters, Emily and Anna Buckthorpe; and great-granddaughter Emma Buckthorpe; as well as nieces, nephews and friends.
