Roy E. Carter, Sr., 63, passed away August 2, 2010 in his home. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, August 6, 2010 in Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in Oak Grove Cemetery, Charleston, Mo. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home. "Gone fishing, waiting on his woman."
