Rosemary Ellen Elson, born on December 2, 1923, in Corder, MO, to John and Christine (Elsner) Kuddes, was called to her eternal home on June 26. She wed Murrell Arthur Elson November 27, 1941. From this union, three children, Michael Wayne; Marcia Gail; and Deborah Jean were born. She is survived by daughters Marcia (Jack) Rosenkoetter and Deborah (Ben) Schroeder; grand-daughters Alissa (Chris) Speziale, Erin (Clyne) Cunningham, and Rachelle (Graham) Applegate; and great-grandchildren Landry, Zoe', Noah, Eli, Sophia, Nora and Brody. She was preceded in death by parents, Murrell Elson, son Michael, and siblings Mary and John Kuddes. No formal visitation; friends may call after 5pm Friday at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home. Funeral services are Saturday, June 30, 2012 at 10 am, Trinity Lutheran Church under the direction of Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home. Interment follows at Greenlawn. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Trinity Lutheran Church.
