Ronald 'Ron' 'Ronnie' Lee Burkhart, aged 73, passed away on April 22nd, 2023. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Ron was born in Canton, OH. Throughout his life, he was known for his hard work, dedication, and passion for helping others.

But more than anything, Ron was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He loved sharing stories, playing games, and spending time with his grandkids. Watching the Chiefs and going to the beach with his son. And enjoyed late night TV shows with his best friend. He was always there to offer guidance, support, and encouragement, no matter what challenges he faced.

In his free time, Ron was a very talented carpenter, a hard-working gardener, and faithful man who loved the Lord. He was always eager to share his knowledge and enthusiasm with others.

Ron is survived by his former wife Linda Nevatt, son Holden Donaldson, step-daughter Tracy (David) Rinehimer; grandchildren, Michelle (Joe) Luna, Kassi (John) Croft, Kayla (Cody) Keith, Regan (Collin) Conner; great grandchildren Nova, Milena, Lucas, Merrick, Lillian, Jane, Charlotte, Brayden, Elijah; his brothers Paul (Joni) Burkhart, Rick (Lynette) Burkhart, Michael (Pat) Burkhart; his sisters Margaret Burkhart, Linda (Tom) Fritchley; sister in law Barbara Burkhart; niece Michele (Michael) Lambert; and his Christian family.

Ron was greeted in heaven by his brother David Burkhart, and parents Marjorie and Harry Burkhart.

Visitation will be from 6-8 PM with a Celebration of Life service at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at Gorman Scharpf Brentwood Chapel.  This time will include memories from friends and family. All are welcome to share.
