Ronald T. Barto, 75, of Republic, MO passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2011. Ronald was born on May 24, 1936 in Detroit, Michigan to Richard P. and Marie Anne Barto. He was involved in many charitable, religious, fraternal, political and other affiliations. He held positions with Knights of Columbus 4th Degree and was a Past Grand Knight. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Lee Barto of Republic, MO; children, Ronald Barto, Jr. and his wife, Janet of Seattle, WA, Robert Barto and his wife Allison, and Richard Barto and his wife Tina; grandchildren, Christina, Al, Brad, Sean, Terrence, Zacharaih and Richard Jr.; great-grandchildren, Dakoda, Dominick and Daylon; and brother, Richard Barto. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, June 2, 2011 at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home, 1947 E. Seminole, Springfield, MO 65804.
