Roberta Brownell was born December 14,1938 in Sterling, Colorado.  She departed this life February 27, 2024, after a long struggle with cancer.  Roberta was a lifelong member of the Order of the Eastern Star, a member of the Cassidy United Methodist Church, an avid reader, and Master Bridge player.

She is survived by husband Bernard of 66 years, daughter Jean and husband Michael Andress, son Terry Brownell, her grandchildren Heidi Andress, John and Rayna Meyer, Christopher and Kaitlyn Andress as well as 7 great grandchildren.  She was friends with any and everyone that came into her life.

A celebration of her life will be held at Cassidy United Methodist Church at 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 16, 2024 with a reception to follow. Online condolences can be left at gormanscharpf.com
