Robert Tallbird Ryan, 76, of Ozark, MO passed away on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 and was born on April 1, 1940 in Los Angeles, CA.

Robert Tallbird dedicated his life to others. He loved storytelling, creating Native American jewelry, farming, and was a respected medicine man and wisdom keeper. He enjoyed spending time with his many dear friends and will be missed by many.

He is survived by his son Michael Ryan of St. Joseph, MO; two step-daughters-in-law, Tonya Stephenson of Ozark, MO and Dr. Kayla and Mark Page of Wilmington, NC; granddaughter, Olivia Ryan; and two grandsons Jc and Luke Page.

A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home. A memorial fund has been created to help the family with funeral expenses.
