Bob Krogstad, age 64, passed away on April 10, 2015 in Cox South Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents E. Elsworth and Frances I. Krogstad and a brother Dayton Krogstad. He is survived by his partner of 35 years Rick White; nephew Kevin Krogstad (Danielle); niece Carol Krogstad Boone (Tony); cousin Ellie Parsons (Jim); cousin Diane Baker (Dan); and Rick White's family, Bob and Sandy White, Debbie McClain, Travis McClain and family and Michael McClain. Bob graduated from Glendale High School in 1968 and studied piano and music composition at MSU. He was a well-respected figure in the music business as a composer, arranger and conductor, both in sacred and secular music. He was known as "Mr. Christmas" because of his beautiful arrangements of Christmas music. He was a good friend to many and loved them all. He also expressed his appreciation for his newfound friends at Mercy Villa and Cox South. His last words were "And always remember the glorious times we shared over all the years."
