Bob dearly loved his Betty and his precious children. He was truly a people person and his friends were an integral part of his life as he was passionately interested in each one. He was preceded in death by his biological parents, his father Lex Roth, and two sisters Doris Herzog, and Katherine Hensley. Bob is survived by his loving wife Betty, five children, Kenneth Wayne Van Winkle of Africa, Amanda Elaine Carter of WI, Jesse Ray Herzog of CO, Phillip Andrew Herzog, and Hannah Elizabeth Herzog of the home, his mother Emily Roth of Ste. Genevieve, a sister Karen Herzog of Ste. Genevieve, and seven Roth brothers, and four Roth sisters.
