Robert William Eggers, 87 of Springfield passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2018 in his home.

He was retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone Company.  He was a member of Springfield Model A Club and was a Korean War Veteran.  Bob liked restoring antique cars and was a radio controlled airplane enthusiast.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Bonnie.

He is survived by his son, Steve Eggers of Ozark; daughter, Sandy Stroud; step-daughter, Mitzi Cloud; step-son, Rocky Cloud all of Springfield; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Friday, March 2, 2018 at 2pm in Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel. Burial with full military honors will follow in Brookline Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 1pm until service time.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ozarks Honor Flight.
