Robert D. "Bob" Pace, 87, of Springfield, passed away on Monday, October 22, 2018 in his home.  He was born October 3, 1931 in Booneville, Mississippi, the son of Robert True and Essie Faye (Woodruff) Pace.

Bob is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Lala (Baty) Pace; two sons, Vic Pace (Liz) and Jeff Pace; daughter, Rhonda Nelson (Rick); brother, Donald Pace of Corinth, MS; sister, Linda Gardner of Clearwater, FL; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
