Richard L. Nalty, 70 of Springfield, Missouri peacefully slipped away Sunday, March 13, 2011 at 6:20 PM in ManorCare Health Services. He was born April 7, 1940 in Madison, Wisconsin to the late Leo P. and Agnes Timmerick Nalty. Dick was a graduate of Whitewater-University of Wisconsin. He was a member of Madison Scouts, Drum and Bugle Corps and later an instructor with the Scouts. Dick is survived by his wife, Barbara of the home; two brothers, Michael Nalty of Madison, Wisconsin, and William Nalty of Palm Beach, Florida. Graveside services with full military honors will be Friday, March 18, 2011 at 2:00 PM in Missouri Veteran's Cemetery under the care of Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel.
