Richard Lowell Kriel, an accomplished painter, musician, and performer, passed away in St. Louis, MO November 5, 2011. He was 77. Richard was born July 23, 1934 to that late Lowell and Lois Kriel. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Charles and Sarah Kriel and two sisters Pat DiGiacomo and Jean Spaeth. He was a loving companion and dance partner for twenty-seven years with Irene Dunne of Springfield. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 8, 2011 from 9:30am until 10:30am at Immaculate Conception Church under the care of Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel with a funeral Mass at 10:30am.
