Richard Elton Cobb, 70, of Springfield, MO passed away at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, July 4, 2014 in his home. Richard was loved by those who knew him, and respected by all. He was preceded in death by his father, Oscar Morton Cobb; mother, Thelma Barlene Tucker Cobb; two brothers, Everet Oscar Cobb, and Stanley Morton Cobb; and a brother in law, Wade Pearson. Richard is survived by the mother of his children, Dale; a daughter, Kim E. Watters of Springfield; son, Greg S. Cobb and daughter in law, Reyna Cobb of Buffalo, MO; daughter, Judith M. Mann and son in law, Robert Mann of Northport, FL; son, Jason B. Cobb, of Springfield; daughter, Stacy L. Bolton and son in law, Andy Bolton ; a brother, Raymond Allison Cobb; brothers in law and sisters in law, William and Cheryl Pearson, Bruce and Bev Pearson, Bert and Leanne Rego, Mark Pearson, 21 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service under the care of the family will be Saturday, July 12, at 10:30 a.m. in Bear Chapel, 678 S. National, Springfield.
