Rex Nolan Hunt passed away Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at 80 years old. Rex was born March 21,1943 to Bernie and Dola Hunt and was raised in Reeds Spring, MO. He graduated from Reeds Spring High School in 1961 and graduated in 1967 with a Bachelor of Science degree from Southwest Missouri State University. Rex was a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity and the Founder's Club Alumni Association.

Rex served in the Army National Guard and started working for Proctor and Gamble in 1967, where he had a career in sales and management for over 32 years. Rex also met his beloved wife, Sharon Crawford in 1967 and they were married for 55 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents Bernie and Dola Hunt, sister Lozelle Brown and brother Ronald Hunt. He was a loving husband to Sharon and a cherished father to two daughters, Heather and Holly, and grandfather to Addison.

Rex was known for his sense of humor, quick wit and compassion for helping others. He was an avid baseball and basketball player and loved to ride his golf cart around Table Rock Lake greeting everyone that passed by.

Rex was loved and adored by many and will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be Thursday, April 13, 2023 from 5-7 PM at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home. Graveside service will be Friday, April 14, 2023 at 11 AM in Rivermonte Memorial Gardens 4500 S. Lone Pine.
