Rebecca Lynn Meyer, age 57, of Springfield, Missouri, passed away on the morning of March 30th, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones. Born on January 18th, 1968, in Kansas City, she was the cherished daughter of Diana and Leonard Peintner, and the devoted mother of Nathan Meyer.

Becky's life was marked by her kindness, strength, and unwavering love for her family. She had a warm and nurturing spirit that touched the lives of all who knew her. As a mother, she was an endless source of love, support, and wisdom for her son, Nathan, guiding him with a deep sense of compassion and care. Her love for her family was her greatest joy and her legacy will live on through them.

Becky will be remembered for her gentle heart and her ability to make everyone around her feel valued. She found joy in the simple things—Her Bible study group, going out to share a meal, family gatherings, nature walks and hiking, and moments spent with those she loved. Her presence will be missed more than words can express.

She is preceded in death by her Mother Diana and her brother Doug, and is survived by her son, Nathan Meyer; her beloved siblings, her father and numerous extended family and friends who held her dear.

A memorial service to celebrate Becky's life will be held at Immaculate Conception Church , on April 5 2025, with visitation beginning at 10:00 followed by a mass at 11:00. From there the burial will be in resurrection Cemetery; In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to either Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Springfield, Missouri or Appendix Cancer Pseudomyxoma Peritonei Research Foundation.

Rebecca's memory will forever live in the hearts of those who knew her, and she will be deeply missed.
