Phyllis Shestak, age 91 of Springfield, passed away on July 16, 2024. She was born in Nebraska.

Phyllis would go on to meet the love of her life, Jerald Shestak, and they would be married on May 1, 1954. To this union, one son would be born, Bill Shestak.

She worked and retired from the Springfield R-12 school district as a schoolteacher.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, Jerald Shestak. She is survived by her son, Jerald William "Bill" Shestak, of Springfield.

Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at Missouri Veterans Cemetery.
