Pauline "Polly" Terrill, 90 was born December 16, 1919 to Paul and Katherine Crawford, in Hankinson, N.D. She died peacefully on November 19, 2010 in the memory unit at Elfindale Manor. She lived most of her childhood and youth in Harrison, Ark. In 1941 she married John W. Terrill and lived in Springfield with him until his death in 2004. Polly is survived by her son, Steven Terrill and several nieces and nephews, including Patrick and Katherine Crawford and Charles Terrill. She was a homemaker and loving wife and mother. For many years she was an active member of Twin Oaks Country Club, Elks Club, the Sorrosis Club and various other organizations in Springfield. Polly was a most loving, caring and generous person, always cheerful and friendly. She will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate to know her. Visitation will be from 1 to 3 P.M. Tuesday November 30, at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home 1947 East Seminole in Springfield.
