He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen in 2010.
He is survived by his daughter, Sharon Pertuche and grandson, Nathan.
Graveside services with Full Military Honors will be Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at 10:00 am at Missouri Veteran's Cemetery with The Reverend Suzanne Lynch officiating under the care of Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
