Patrick Joseph McCaffrey, 51, of Springfield, passed away at 11:10 p.m. on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at home surrounded by his family.  Patrick was born in Monett, MO on March 30, 1964, to Gerald and Joan (Hensley) McCaffrey.  Patrick was a graduate of Monett High School in 1982.  He attended Southwest Missouri State before beginning a successful career in the apparel and footwear business, with his real passion in the shoe business following in his father's footsteps.
On December 7, 2002, he married Cynthia Ann Haik in Springfield.  He is survived by his wife, Cyndi of the home; one daughter, Abbi Harris (Jared Frye); one son, Andrew Harris (Lindsey), all of Springfield; grandchildren, Averianna, Izzibella, Wyatt and a grandson due to arrive any day. Also surviving are mothers, Meg McCaffrey, Monett, MO and Joan Jones, Aurora, MO; brothers and sisters, Mark McCaffrey, Monett, MO, Melissa Wrobleski (Rodney), Monett, MO, Michael McCaffrey (Leslie), Camdenton, MO, Kimberly Ray (Mike), Mt. Vernon, MO; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 21, 2016 in Holy Trinity Catholic Church from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. under the care of Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel.  Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, February 22, 2016 in the church.  Private family burial will be in Hazelwood Cemetery.
