Patricia Maria Lebeck, 69, Red Oak, IA, passed away Friday, November 5, 2021, with family at her side at the Montgomery County Memorial Hospital after a hard-fought battle with COVID-19. Patricia was a loving wife, mother, and grandma. She had a servant's heart and always put the needs and well-being of her family over her own.

Patricia is survived by her husband of almost 47 years, Mark, her son Chris and his wife, Katie, and two grandchildren, Claire and Jack. She is also survived by her father and mother-in-law, William and Patricia Lebeck, brother and sister-in-law Paul and Stephanie Sung, nephews Eric Sung (Regina), Scott Sung (Lucy), Aaron Sung (Jackie), and three grandnephews. Patricia is with Chloe Sung, holding her in her arms.

Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, November 11, 2021, in Maple Park Cemetery, 300 W Grand St, Springfield, MO, 65807 .
