Patricia Ann (Guy) Burton passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, surrounded by her family with love.  Patricia was born June 14, 1931, in Iowa City, IA.  She grew up in Tama, IA where she met and married the love of her life William Burton. They were married for 62 years.

Patricia loved to watch sports on her television. Her favorite teams were the Kansas City Chiefs and the Iowa Hawkeyes.   Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and visiting with her friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents Alfred and Minnie Guy; husband William; sister Shirley McKee; daughter Jackie Wells; and grandson Cary Candler. Patricia is survived by daughters Becky Zimmerman (Vaughn) of Springfield, MO; Kathy Rieken of Springfield, MO; Susie Moore (Jim) of Springfield, MO; Terri Chapman (Stuart) of Sandpoint, ID, 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

Cremation is under the care of Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home and online condolences may be made at www.gormanscharpf.com .  A private family graveside service will be held at Missouri Veterans Cemetery.
