Patricia A. "Patty" Bach, 95, Springfield, MO passed away on June 9, 2015 at Quail Creek Nursing Facility. Patty was preceded in death by her husband Robert P. "Bob" Bach; parents Loretta and Andrew Pickering; brother and sister-in-law Jerry and Ann Pickering; and an infant daughter Mary Ann Bach. Patty was a very loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by three sons, Robert M. "Mike" and wife Becky, Stephen J. "Steve" and wife Sheri and James A. "Jim" and wife Stacey, all of Springfield, MO; daughter, Patricia A. "Pat" and her husband Guy Resch of El Dorado, KS; grandchildren Jason Bach of Alma, CO, Adam Parks and wife Tiffany of Ozark, MO, Sarah and husband Ryan McQueary of Leawood, KS, Chelsea Bach and Alex Bach, both of Springfield, MO; four great-grandchildren Hally Parks, Maddie McQueary, Jarrett Bach and Will McQueary; sister-in-law Marianne Bach of Bisbee, AZ; several nieces and nephews; and dear friend and caregiver Cathy Hickman, who gave such loving care to her for seven years. Patty was so blessed to have her as a friend. She truly is an angel on earth. A special thank you to the staff at Quail Creek and Good Shepherd Hospice. Visitation will be Thursday, June 11, 2015 from 5 to 7pm in Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home with prayer service to follow at 7pm. Funeral Mass will be Friday, June 12, 2015 at 10am in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. Burial will follow in Hazelwood Cemetery.
