Pansy Louise Lindsey was born October 4, 1928 in Smithville, Arkansas and departed this life on January 28, 2026 in Ozark, MO at The Baptist Home.
She is survived by her two sons, Tom Lindsey, Jr. (Jane), Nixa Missouri, and Darryll Lindsey (Linda) Ocala Florida, grandson Brian Lindsey, granddaughters Danielle Yund (Gavin), Adel, Georgia, and Debra Adams (Zach), Fulton, MO, Brother-in-Law Lonnie Stewart of St. Louis, MO, and a family of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 70 years Tom Lindsey, Sr., her parents, J.E. and Esther Jean Winchester, one brother PFC. Jean Winchester, sisters Marvine Towell and Linda Stewart, daughter-in-law Donna Lindsey, and granddaughter Jennifer Lindsey.
Pansy was a faithful member of Second Baptist Church in Springfield, MO and a member of Harmony Sunday School Class.
She spent her final years at The Baptist Home in Ozark, Missouri where she received faithful ministry from Reverend Ron Adrian, and was blessed with wonderful care and love from the entire staff. The family thanks them and the caregivers from Seasons Hospice for their kindness and abiding healthcare and affection.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 2, 2026 in Hazelwood Cemetery, Springfield.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Pansy's name may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
