Orealius "Ralph" Telscher, 92, of Springfield, passed away Wednesday, December 22, 2021.

He was born in St. Louis, MO on January 8, 1929. Ralph served as a corpsman in the Navy during the Korean War. He was a kind and giving man, who volunteered for 30 years at Mercy Hospital and an active member of the Knights of Columbus.

Ralph was preceded in death by his first wife, Alice Joyce (Steimel) Telscher.

He is survived by his three children; Cynthia (Bob) Perschbacher, Mark (Karrie) Telscher and Stephen (Sharon) Telscher, 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Ralph was also preceded in death by his second wife, Janice Kay (Caruthers) Telscher and survived by Janice's 2 children; Jana (Don) Hartshorn, and Kurt Caruthers, and 1 grandchild and 2 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 – 6:00 PM on Sunday, December 26, 2021 at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 AM on Monday, December 27 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Burial will be held on Tuesday in St. Mary's Cemetery in Hazelwood, MO. Prior to the burial there will be a visitation from 11:00-12:00 PM at Collier's Funeral Home in St. Ann, Missouri with a reception afterwards.
