Nickey Dean Callaway, 69 of Springfield, Missouri passed away Friday, May 26, 2017 in Mercy Hospital Springfield.

He was born Aug. 30, 1947 in Springfield to Dean and Tuter Callaway.

Nick was a talented artist who had a love for life, people and golf.

He was a member of Sunset Church of Christ.

Nick was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Ronnie Callaway.

He is survived by his wife, Terry Callaway; son Shawn Callaway and wife, Laura, Portland, OR; daughter, Holly Rogers and husband, Charles; two grandchildren, Austin and Katelyn Rogers, all of Springfield, MO; two brothers, Ricky Callaway and wife, Debbie, Niangua, MO and Larry Callaway, Springfield, MO; and several nieces, nephews and close friends.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM Tuesday, May 30, 2017 in Macedonia Cemetery, Buffalo, MO.  Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 PM Tuesday in Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home.
