"Dearest baby, please know that our greatest blessing was having you." You we're born silent. Perfect and beautiful. Still loved, still missed, still remembered, everyday. Stillborn, but still born. Heaven's gain was our loss when our angel was called by our Lord. We believe Neo's short life has a purpose far greater than our human understanding.

He is being greeted in Heaven by his paternal Great Grandpa Melvin Edward Rousey, maternal Grandpa Michael Lee Owens, maternal Grandpa Bobby Joe Gentry, maternal cousin Brittany Michelle Gates, paternal cousin Olivia Lauryn Didway. He is also survived by his Grandparents, Great Grandparents numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Neo's going home celebration will be held at 2:00 pm at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home.
