Myrna Walker DuHadway went home to be with the Lord on April 11, 2017 after a short illness. She was born July 2, 1950 in Saulsville, WV and she was the loving mother to Brandi (Curtis) Alexander and Donald Miller as well as her loving furbabies, Tiffanii and Scrapey.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Greta Wilson Snyder and Dewey Snyder, Jr.; brothers, Michael Walker and Fairley Calhoun (Elsie); maternal grandparents, Reverend Dewey and Tina Wilson; and paternal grandparents, Turley and Mattie Walker.

She is survived by five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; siblings, Vick Acord, Gerry (Wes) Westmoreland, Kay Wagner, Milton (Colleen) Walker, Myra (Wayne) Martin and Ann (Brian) Ramplewich; several nieces and nephews; her IWX family and church family.

Myrna worked for IWX Motor Freight from August 1998 until her illness. She was an active member of Second Baptist Church in Springfield, MO and loved her church family.

Her service will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. at Second Baptist Church with a visitation following, under the care of Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel. Burial will be in Maple Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Second Baptist Church, Springfield, MO or the American Cancer Society (Lung) in her memory.
