Mona Colleen Robinson, 78, Springfield, Missouri, passed away Friday, April 3, 2015 in Mercy Hospital. She was born November 26, 1936 to Robert and Colleen Pippin. Mona graduated from St. Agnes High School in 1954. She worked in the Medical Field and as a Master Gardener and enjoyed traveling. Mona was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Robby Robinson, a daughter Marilyn Kidd, a son, Michael Kidd and a granddaughter, Brandy Williams. Mona is survived by her three daughters, Mary Grob, (Dennis), Julie Graybeal, (Wayne) and Jeanette Kidd, (Tim) all of Springfield, MO; brothers and sisters, Bob Pippin, (Helen), NV; Pat Cotter,(Bill) Springfield, MO; Sue Pippin, VA; Sam Pippin, (Sheila) Springfield, MO; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, April 7, 2015 in St. Agnes Cathedral under the care of Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel. Burial will be in Missouri Veterans Cemetery. A celebration of her life will begin with a prayer service at 6:30PM followed by visitation until 8:00 PM Monday, in the funeral home.
