Melvin L. Fetterhoff, 78, of Strafford passed away on July 10, 2013. He was born January 6, 1935 in Strafford, the son of Rome and Lucille Willoughby Fetterhoff. He served 20 years in the U.S. Coast Guard before retiring in 1973. He married Doris Bishop in 1959 and she preceded him in death. He was a member of the American Legion and the Disabled American Veterans. He is survived by his wife Linda, of the home; two sons, Melvin, Springfield and Paul, Broken Arrow, OK; and two daughters, Pamela Schmader, Little Rock, AR and Kristine Martin, Marshfield. Graveside service will be Saturday, July 13, 2013 at 10:00am in the Mullinax Cemetery in Strafford. No formal visitation is planned.
