Max was born on Oct. 21, 1989 in Petaluma, CA to Robert and MeLani (Solie) Maysenhalder. On Jan. 25, 2016, our compassionate, sensitive son with the brilliant mind transitioned to a greater realm. We know he must be free of pain and struggles he felt during much of his life. He is now care free and talking with the animals he felt so close to.

He is survived by his parents; grandparents Mel (Bobbie) Solie and Melita J. England; aunts Nancy (Marc) Ficco and Tawnya (Cliff) Collette; cousins Blake McMurtrey and Benjamin Collette; and special friends Jay and Carolyn Strain and Maryellen Jacobson.

He was preceded in death by his adoring grandparents Robert and Lorraine (Luther) Maysenhalder, uncle Jim McMurtrey, and cousin Jonathon McMurtrey.

A memorial service will be held at Unity of Springfield, 2214 E. Seminole, Springfield, MO, on Monday, Feb. 1, at 11 am. Arrangements are handled by Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home.
