Mattie Catherine Craig, 90, of Springfield died Thursday, February 13, 2014. She was born January 14, 1924 in Inboden, AR. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Emmitt Craig; three sisters, Maggie Dicus, Georgie Young and Nina Triplett. Mattie is survived by five children, Ernest, James, Betty, Mary and Alvin; one brother, Tommy Johnson; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2014 at 1pm in Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel. Visitation will be Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2014 from 7-8pm in the funeral home.
